User Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms under which Users may use the website materials of Joint Stock Company “Design and Experimental Bureau of Radio Equipment” (KOBRA JSC) https://kobra.su/ and https://k3d.su/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

1. General conditions.

1.1. The use of materials from the Site is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is deemed to have acceded to this Agreement and accepted its terms.
1.3. Each Party guarantees to the other Party that it has the necessary legal standing and capacity, as well as all rights and powers necessary and sufficient to enter into and execute this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties.

2.1. The User shall:
2.1.1. Refrain from actions that may violate Russian legislation or international law, or that disrupt or may disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
2.1.2. Avoid any actions that may violate the confidentiality of information protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.1.3. The User undertakes not to use the Site information for the purpose of:
- impersonating another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including employees of the Site;
- inducement to commit illegal actions, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
2.2. The User has the right to:
2.2.1. Access and use the Site at any time, except during maintenance.
2.2.2. Contact the Site representative for further information by completing a feedback form requesting the following details:
- surname, first name and patronymic (providing only a first name is also permitted);
- position (if necessary);
- name of the institution/organization;
- telephone number;
- email address (E-mail).
2.2.3. Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for in the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.4. KOBRA JSC is obliged to:
2.4.1. “KOBRA JSC has the right to temporarily restrict or suspend access to the Site in whole or in part for the purpose of carrying out technical, preventive and other work, as well as for other reasons.”
2.4.2. Regularly update the information contained on the Site in case it changes, increases, or requires clarification.
2.4.3. Ensure the security and confidentiality of the User’s data submitted through the relevant form on the Site.
2.5. KOBRA JSC has the right:
2.5.1. Change the content of the Site at any time unilaterally without written notice to the User, as well as change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Site and stop using the Site.

3. Personal data
3.1. The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out by KOBRA JSC in accordance with the KOBRA JSC Policy regarding the processing of personal data posted on the Site.
3.2. In cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the separate consent of the data subject.

4. Responsibility.

4.1. The Parties are liable under the legislation of the Russian Federation for failure to perform, or improper performance of, their obligations under this Agreement.
4.2. The user is warned that KOBRA JSC is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.
4.3. The User agrees that KOBRA JSC is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or occurred losses or damages associated with any content of the Site leading to external sites or resources.

5. Other conditions.

5.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
5.3. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and KOBRA JSC of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in the Agreement.

The User confirms that he has read all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
